Ashley Turski

Ash brings 19 years of coaching experience across all levels with NorthEast Thunder, contributing extensively to the development of athletes and the growth of the club. She previously served as the Varsity Girls Volleyball Coach at Voorheesville High School for 11 years, leading her teams to multiple sectional, regional, and state tournament appearances.

In addition to coaching, Ash is an experienced tournament director, having organized and hosted an annual high school volleyball event that draws competitive teams from across the region. She also has over 25 years of playing experience, including participation in USA Volleyball-sanctioned tournaments, OCD events, and regional leagues.

Ash served as NorthEast Thunder’s Assistant Director for two years and is now entering her second year as Club Director. She is passionate about creating a competitive and supportive environment where athletes can grow on and off the court, and she continues to play an active role in shaping the club’s mission and long-term success.
