Callie Kniffin

Callie is entering her second season coaching with NorthEast Thunder and brings four years of club coaching experience, with a particular focus on developing 15s-level athletes. She has also worked as a counselor at a summer volleyball camp, helping athletes build their skills while creating a positive, encouraging team environment. As a player, Callie competed for four seasons at Bethlehem Central High School before attending Syracuse University, where she earned her Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree, and Certificate of Advanced Study.

Outside of volleyball, Callie works as the Assistant Dean of the School of Business at Siena University, where she helps students set goals, overcome challenges, and find success. These are skills that translate naturally to her approach as a coach. She is passionate about creating a supportive environment where athletes feel challenged, encouraged, and confident in their ability to grow. Callie is excited to continue her journey with NorthEast Thunder and help athletes develop not only as volleyball players, but also as confident, resilient young people.
