Katelyn Mcdonough

Coach Katelyn enters her 6th year coaching with NorthEast Thunder. Katelyn has experience coaching 14u, 16u and 17u and wrapped up her first season as the Varsity Head Coach at Guilderland High School. Previously, she served as the varsity assistant coach for 3 seasons. She has also run several junior clinics and camps over the years. Katelyn has played volleyball for 11 years, including 3 years at SUNY Oneonta and 4 years at Guilderland High School as well as 4 years of club (3 years with NorthEast Thunder). She also trained and competed at the international level of the USAV High Performance Championships in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. She continues to play in indoor, grass, and sand leagues throughout the year.
