Liz Conroy's Experience
13 years of coaching experience at the junior’s level and 4 years at the collegiate level. Liz has been playing volleyball for 20+ years. This includes 4 years at the Division 1 collegiate level when she played at Siena College. She continues to play competitively in adult indoor and outdoor leagues in the Capital Region.
