Liz Conroy

Liz has over 15 years of experience coaching junior-level volleyball and four years at the collegiate level. A lifelong athlete, she has been involved in the sport for more than 20 years, including four years competing at the NCAA Division I level for Siena College. She remains active in the volleyball community by playing in adult indoor and outdoor leagues throughout the Capital Region.

Now entering her fourth season with NorthEast Thunder, Liz serves as the club’s Assistant Director and Tournament Director. In these roles, she supports the growth and development of both players and coaches, manages the day-to-day operations of the club, and oversees the planning and execution of all NET-hosted tournaments.

With a strong focus on mentorship and personal growth, Liz is deeply committed to developing athletes both on and off the court. Her mission is to grow the love of volleyball across the region while fostering a positive, competitive, and inclusive environment for every player she coaches.
