Mia Wood

Mia brings 15 years of competitive playing experience to NorthEast Thunder and is currently continuing her volleyball career at the collegiate level with Russell Sage College, where she is pursuing her degree and is expected to graduate in 2026.

Now entering her third season coaching with NorthEast Thunder, Mia is passionate about sharing her knowledge, energy, and love for the game with young athletes. She is dedicated to helping players grow both technically and mentally, while fostering a positive and team-focused environment.

Mia is proud to be part of the NorthEast Thunder coaching staff and looks forward to another exciting and rewarding season.
