Shannon Ryan

A passionate player turned coach, Shannon brings a strong foundation of competitive experience and a love for the game to NorthEast Thunder. A four-year varsity athlete at Columbia High School, she also played five years with LVC, sharpening skills in both club and tournament play. Shannon continued competing at the collegiate level, playing four years of NCAA Division III volleyball at Arcadia University. Since graduating, she has stayed active in the volleyball community through a variety of indoor and outdoor leagues.

Though this is her first official coaching role, Shannon has previously supported several clinics and camps, and is excited to now step into a leadership position. With a deep respect for the game and a focus on athlete development, she is ready to help the NET athletes grow, compete, and love the sport as much as she does.
