Victoria Konicki

Victoria is entering her third year coaching with NorthEast Thunder, bringing a strong background as both a player and mentor. In addition to her work with NET, she has helped run camps and clinics alongside her college team, focusing on skill development and game fundamentals.

She has been playing volleyball for nearly a decade, including five years at Voorheesville High School, where she helped lead her team to two State Championship appearances. Victoria went on to play four years at SUNY New Paltz, where she earned All-American Honorable Mention honors for her performance on the court.

A proud NET alumna, Victoria is excited to continue giving back to the club that helped shape her as a player. She is passionate about supporting young athletes and helping them develop both their skills and confidence through hard work, teamwork, and love for the game.
